A privilege and great pleasure to be invited by Drs. Manuel Caneiro and Alvaro Silva for the 49th Portuguese National Plastic Surgery Meeting in beautiful Porto, Portugal. It was an excellent and fun experience at this collaborative event that brought together a national audience and international speakers for the lymphedema microsurgery, difficult replantation, and robotic
icrosurgery. I presented two speeches – “Patient Selection and Outcome of Lymphedema Microsurgery” and “Extracranial-Intracranial Arterial Bypass”, which I received so much positive feedback. I appreciate the warm hospitality of the organizing committee and friendship from the amazing guest speakers that I met at this conference. We also had a great gathering with many friends from Portugal including Drs. Ricardo Horta, Gustavo Coelho, and Isabel Oliveira who had visited CGMH in the past.
