It was a great pleasure to meet my mentors – David Chuang from Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Geoffrey Robb from MD Anderson Cancer Center, Michael Miller from Ohio State University and Gregory Evans from UC Irvine at the Presidential Dinner. Dr. Robb has always given me his most trust, support and best advice throughout my careers. Dr. Evans, the 2017 William Zamboni Visiting Professor of ASRM gave us a heartening talk sharing the wonderful experiences of his journey. Robert Allen from Louisiana State University Medical Center is the one who taught me the operative techniques of breast reconstruction by using DIEP flap. I would not have been who I am if I had not been under the tutelage of those remarkable mentors over the years. Thank you so much, all my mentors!
